Year 2 recently went on their residential to Sacrewell Farm. The children had a great time feeding the animals with fruit kebabs, going pond dipping and on bug hunts. The children also got a tractor tour around Riverford Food Farm (which is just next door!). The children loved seeing where all the vegetables were grown in the farm kitchen and got to try some of the fresh produce. Miss MacGregor wasn't a fan of the raw beetroot! 

The evening ended with a scrumptious s'more and a story, then it was off to bed in a bell tent to be woken up by the peacocks squawking the next morning!
